Red hair enhancer question?

Is this a good recipe to enhance red hair?

Red Hair Color Enhancer

Ingredients

1/2 cup beet juice

1/2 cup carrot juice

Directions

Mix ingredients together, pour over clean, damp hair. Wrap head in plastic and apply hot towel, medium dryer heat, or sit in the sun for one hour. Shampoo.

Is this just for colored hair because my red hair is natural. How would this enhance my hair? How do you even make beet juice%26gt;?

Or you could just use a shampoo for redheads. Pantene makes a good one, it'll keep your hair healthy and really red.
