Red hair or no??

I naturally have red hair, but I'm tired of being known as the redhead and always standing out because of it. Should I dye it? What colour could also go with pale pale skin and some freckles??

I love my red (darker sid eof it) hair. It looks so strikingwith my pale skin (which I have on purpose). Whats wrong with standing out? It's good to be different and be proud of it, only 4% of people in the world have red hair and scientists say its going to be completely gone by 2100. However. Don't do blonde, it'll make you look washe dout. DOn't do black you'll look tired and it'll eb to much. SO light brown or golden browns. Use somethign labled *cool* because red tones will overpower most dyes.

I know a few redheads that have dyed their hair meduim brown and also a few that have dyed it strawberry blonde.

You just need to figure out exactly what you would like and what would look the best.

i would say keep the red hair. it is a shame that you wouldn't like it but if u would switch a dark brown would probably be good.

I have red hair and I did coffee before but I'm kinda tan and it might be a little dark for your skin so maybe strawberry blonde or ash brown. if your doing it yourself have someone come with you to the store and hold the box to your face and have someone tell you if it'll look good or not on you. if you're not doing it yourself still go to the store and do that then go to your stylist and tell them what color you chose

Personally, I love red hair and I would want to have it. But I understand the frustration...there are only two redheads in my senior class of 120 girls and they, like you, really stand out. You have absolutely nothing to be ashamed of, but if you want to try something different I say go for it! Definitely use temporary dye the first time though (the kind that washes out eventually), just in case. I think you should go with a light brown color. Actually, even a darker brown would work...I'm very pale with blue eyes, but my hair is deep brown. If you want to soften the drastic change, try some subtle reddish highlights too. Good luck!
