when i go abroad to turkey, spain etc or to london (england) people compliment my red hair?

but i get abused about it in scotland?

red hair is unusual and maybe it remindes some peolpe of a freak ... peolpe in spain ve it because they all have brown hair and tey are not used to see red hair so often!! but don't lsiten to the people that say its ugly and stuff like that ! I think that those people are stupid that say things like that . to have red hair is special and i think that it looks really pretty!!!

I don't know, red hair is Scottish, my ex had Scottish blood and was red haired, I loved it! Your lucky, red hair is so beautiful!!

I would presume it's due to being far more common in Scotland than anywhere else.
